BabyTrack is intended for use by anyone expecting a child. There is no specific age limit for using the app. By using BabyTrack, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

To use BabyTrack, you may need to create an account. We use Supabase for authentication, which includes Google provider auth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

4. Subscription and Payments

BabyTrack offers a subscription model for use on a monthly or yearly basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees as they become due. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. BabyTrack collects and stores information you provide, including due dates, conception dates, and appointments, including notes you add against appointments. We do not share your information with third parties.

6. User Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post or display on or through the Service. By submitting, posting or displaying content on or through the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display and distribute such content.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BabyTrack, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
